The location was perfect for me, in Calders bistro.

The rooms were all perfect with view.

Everything was lovely, so were magnificent views of practice green and sea. The food available for continental breakfast was well presented. The location seemed unbeatable and brilliant on the coast. And it was also near Arbroath which is a 10 minute drive away, and the Carnoustie golf course.

We really enjoyed the place and its solid and delicious breakfast.

The venue's position was very central.

Good extensive breakfast ! Nice staff! But somehow everything a little loveless!

Defective shower - bad room - window can only be opened 10 cm - cleaning smell when entering - spa also for non-hotel guests - bathrobe rental fee for 15 pounds too expensive! Annoying mails so that one rebooking to a better room with view to the golf course

Recommend it for families seeking comfort

The staff could not have been more helpful we arrived with wet golfing gear and they found us a drying room despite the equipment being down. And the room was beautiful, overlooking the golf course which was a nice touch to enjoy while relaxing after a long day.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly it felt acceptable for what we got.

Rooms were spacious. Nice view. Great spa area. Were with 2 toddlers in the hotel, the staff was very friendly with them.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The view over the golf course was fine and the bathroom had a nice, powerful shower. Breakfast offered a good selection and the waiting staff were great. I used the leisure facilities with a lovely pool and sauna. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, causing some discomfort during the night. I also noticed the pool area could get quite crowded with kids. It would be great if they could implement adult-only swimming times. The dining experience was excellent, but I encountered a slight hiccup with the restaurant's responsiveness during busy hours.

Wonderful staff, cozy rooms!

The room was super clean & decorated nicely. The staff were like little rays of sunshine, especially Pauline & Tenzing in the restaurant! Breakfast was delish. Just a heads up, the jacuzzi was a bit too warm for my taste.
